The National Progressive Front (NPF; Arabic: الجبهة الوطنية التقدمية al-jabhah al-waṭanīyah at-taqaddumīyah) is a united front and coalition of five Palestinian political parties which hold seats in the Palestine Arab Congress, the national legislative assembly. It is led by the ruling Palestinian Regional Branch of the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party; the four non-ruling member parties of the NPF officially support the Ba'ath Party, and are generally subordinate to its policy. The NPF's counterpart is the Democratic Alliance, a coalition of the five opposition parties in the Palestine Arab Congress; the only neutral Congress seats are the 8 held by independent politicians.
