The Ministry of Labour (Arabic: امانة الدولة للعمل wuzārat al-‘amal) is the executive department of the Palestinian government which handles labour law and rights. It is responsible for ensuring all private commercial businesses and public corporations and workplaces meet national standards for professionalism, health and safety, as well as subsidising and protecting labour unions and overseeing compensation claims for work-related injuries. The ministry also measures the country's unemployment rate and related data, and establishes and manages all state-owned corporations like the Suez Canal Authority and Palrail. The registration of corporate entities, distribution of tax forms and tracking of insurable hours as well as the collection of taxes including income tax is the responsibility of the State Revenue Committee, and unemployment benefits themselves are distributed by the Ministry of Social Security.

The incumbent Ministry of Labour is Sufian Abu Zaida, in office since 2010.
