Masuah (Hebrew: מַשּׂוּאָה, lit. "torch"; Arabic: مسواة) is a new city located just east of the municipal boundaries of East Jerusalem, Palestine, in Jabal el-Baba County. Masuah is the administrative seat of Jabal el-Baba County. In 2016, it was home to 54,157 people. About a quarter of the city's population is Jewish; the remainder are Arabs, mostly Greek Orthodox Christians, with a few Sunni and Ismaili Shiite families as well.

Khan el-Ahmar Joint Operations Base, the operational headquarters of the Palestinian Armed Forces, is located north of Masuah within the municipal boundaries of Samet Sadis.
