Jabal el-Baba County (مقاطعة جبل البابا muqāṭa‘at jabal al-bābā) is a county located east of East Jerusalem in the West Bank, Palestine. Most of the county's municipalities are suburbs of East Jerusalem, although there are a couple of towns and as many kibbutzim in the southeast desert area stretching to the Dead Sea. Its largest city and county seat is Masuah.
