Istizada Consulting (Arabic: شركة استشارية الاستزادة sharikat istishāriyat al-istizādah; lit. "Progressive Consulting Company") is a Palestinian IT consulting firm founded and owned by telecommunications mogul Bassel Abbas. Istizada Consulting is the corporation behind much of the digital infrastructure of the civilian Palestinian government, and is also regularly contracted by the research & development division of domestic defence contractor Motefajrat el-Horriyeh.
