Communist Party of Karachay–Cherkessia

The Communist Party of Karachay–Cherkessia is the governing political party of Karachay–Cherkessia, an autonomous republic of the Soviet Union located in the Russian SFSR. It is subordinate to the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, which is part of the All-Union Communist Party, the founding and ruling political party of the Soviet Union. Boris Ebzeyev has served as First Secretary of the National Committee of the Communist Party of Karachay–Cherkessia since January 2010, and has also served as Premier of Karachay–Cherkessia since April 2014.
